Nandamuri Balakrishna (Telugu: నందమూరి బాలకృష్ణ) (born 10 July 1960) is an Native indian movie actor and politician, who performs primarily in Telugu cinema. He is the 6th son of Telugu matinee idol and former chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh N. T. Rama Rao. He joined the movie industry as a kid artist at the age of 14 with the movie Tatamma Kala.As of 2013, In his movie profession, comprising thiry nine years, he has acted in ninty eight movies, in a wide range of roles.

He has won two Andhra Pradesh State Nandi Awards and one Filmfare Award in his whole movie profession. He was the guest of honor at the 43rd Worldwide Film Event of Native indian.He is actively engaged in state policies and is a participant of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) established by his dad. He is also the chairman of the trust board of his dad's cancer hospital, The Basavatarakam Indo-American Cancer Hospital & Research Institute, centered in Hyderabad, India.

Early life and family

Balakrishna was born in Chennai, to expert Telugu acting professional and three-time former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh N. T. Rama Rao and his first spouse Basava Tarakam, of the Nandamuri Close relatives. As the Telugu movie industry was centered in Madras at enough time, he spent his whole child years in Madras itself.During his puberty, he shifted to Hyderabad following the moving of the Telugu movie market to that town.He gained a bachelor's degree in business from Nizam College in Hyderabad.

Film career

In 1982, at the age of 22, Balakrishna wedded Vasundhara Devi. They have 2 children, Brahmani and Tejaswini, and a son, Taraka Rama Mokshagna Teja.His older little girl Brahmani is an alumnus of Santa Clara University and Stanford University. She is wedded to her relative Nara Lokesh, the son of TDP president and former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh N. Chandrababu Naidu.

In 1974, he acted as a kid specialist in Tatamma Kala which was directed by NTR. Over an occasion interval he acted in several movies, many of them were directed by NTR. Out of which Dana Veera Soora Karna, Srimadvirataparvam, Akbar Saleem Anarkali and Sri Tirupati Venkateswara Kalyanam became unforgettable movies in his movie career.

In 1984 he came out in a hero role with Sahasame Jeevitham. Even though BalaKrishna acted in several films known as as N.T. Rama Rao son, later his effort, self-discipline, skills and commitment created him take a position in the industry and to win the minds and hearts of crores of fans. He then showed up in a dilemma movie Mangammagari Manavadu (1984) together with Bhanumathi, Suhasini directed by Kodi Ramakrishna. The film was a Prevent Reliever at the box-office.In the same season, he acted in Kathanayakudu and in Biographical film Shrimad Virat Veerabrahmendra Swami Charitra. Both the films were hits at the Box-office.

Later, he acted in a double role in the movie Apurva Sahodarudu directed by K. Raghavendra Rao, was a box-office achievements. This season he had six extremely hit movies in a row. In the same season, he appeared in Presidentugari Abbai directed by Tatineni Rama Rao and Muvva Gopaludu by Kodi Ramakrishna were greatest hits of the year.In 1990, he acted in Nari Nari Naduma Murari directed by A. Kodandarami Reddy together with Shobana and Nirosha. The movie was a box-office achievements. In the same season he showed up in B. Gopal's Lorry Driver opposite Vijaya Shanti; the movie was a Superhit at the box-office.In 2001, he appeared in B. Gopal's directed faction movie Narasimha Naidu opposite Simran. The movie broke several box office records and it finished 100 days in as many as 109 centers in the state and nearby declares and silver jubilee in a history 17 center. He won his first Nandi Award for Best Acting professional for his performance.

In 2004, he performed in a remake of the 2003 Tamil hit Saamy named Lakshmi Narasimha with Asin Thottumkal. The movie and Balakrishna's performance won crucial popularity and was a box office hit.The years from 2005 to 2008 saw a lull in Balayya's profession. Action-drama movies such as Vijayendra Varma, Veerabhadra, Allari Pidugu, Okka Magadu and Maharadhi bombed at the box office. Balakrishna paired with Sneha and Tabu in the legendary film Panduranga (2008) directed by K. Raghavendra Rao. He unquestionably double roles of Krishna and Panduranga. The film was a typical achievements and his performance won him the Santosham Best Actor Award. In the season 2009, he appeared in family dilemma Mithrudu together with Priyamani. The film started out to regular reviews.

In 2010, he acted in Boyapati Srinu's film Simha together with Nayantara and Sneha Ullal. The film started out to positive reviews ,and went on to became one of the biggest grossing film of the season. In 2011 he acted in a legendary film Sri Rama Rajyam in accordance with the impressive Ramayana.
