Andhra Pradesh Tourism and Hyderabad 10k Run Foundation have together decided to organize a marathon which revolves around the heritage sites of the city. Marathon is not new to the people of Hyderabad, as Hyderabad 10k Run Foundation is conducting marathons for the past few years. The Heritage Marathon run consists of Marathon (42.195 kilometers) and a half marathon (21.152 kilometers).The event is to be held on October 9th 2011 from 5 am to 11 am. The registration fees are rs 600 and the marathon will begin at Chowmahalla Palace.
