AP Real Estate Developers Association (APREDA) is organizing a Big Property show again at HITEX on 15th & 16th October 2011. About 200 Developers, Builders, Building Material Suppliers, Architects etc… are showcasing their products / projects. A separate Green Pavilion of about 20 stalls is also being set up along with the Property show. APREDA is organizing a Global Summit with the theme for this year being “Vibrant Cities for a Vibrant Economy – Galvanising Collective action” on 15th Oct 2011 at NAC Auditorium, HITEX, and Hyderabad. Eminent speakers have been requested to speak about Envisioning the future of Indian cities, Infrastructure Imperatives to Make Indian Cities Livable, Technology Innovations in the World Urban Landscape and Co-creating the future of Indian cities. We have received confirmation from Mr. Sushil Mantri of Mantri Developers and Dr A K Singhal, Director, Ministry of New & Renewable Energy, Dr Anupam Saraph, Pune and Mr. Vishwanath Srikanth, IBM Smart Cities and Mr. Aamer Azeemi, CISCO systems.

APREDA is also organizing an Art Exhibition alongside Property show with upcoming and renowned artists showcasing their exhibit with the common theme of “Urban Landscaping” which will be available for sale on the spot. Entry to Property show and the Art exhibition is absolutely FREE.
